Brady brings a wealth of experience in ownership, management, and sales across diverse industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, and Real Estate. After a decade of contracting work, it became apparent that his expertise lies in driving company growth, optimizing sales/financial strategies, and fostering profitability. The launch of Genesis Finance Group was a landmark moment where Brady decided it was time to help business owners grow their businesses.
Gina Lynch
Accounts Manager
Gina began studying accounting in college, laying the groundwork for a career in finance before pausing to raise her family. Years later, a friend asked for help with invoicing and bank reconciliation—reigniting Gina’s passion for bookkeeping and launching her hands-on training in QuickBooks. She went on to manage the books for a construction company with six separate entities, building a reputation for accuracy and reliability. Today, as Accounts Manager at Genesis Finance Group, Gina brings over five years of bookkeeping experience and a deep commitment to ensuring every client’s financial records are clean, correct, and a clear reflection of their business.
Tina Hill
Vice President
After 20+ years in full-time ministry, Tina was led into accounting and administration. With an eye for detail and a desire to truly help people Tina serves as the front-lines for all of Genesis' client interactions. There truly are very few people with the perfect mix of empathy, wisdom, attention to detail and skillset that Tina possesess.
Trey Arnold
Director of Accounting
Trey has always been drawn to numbers and problem solving. He graduated from college with a degree in mathematics and a minor in economics and went straight to work in the banking sector. After working in all aspects of that industry for 10 years, he decided it was time for a change and felt that accounting would be the perfect fit for him. Trey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to The Genesis Finance Group.
